This project aims to develop a product service system design that improves the sustainability of the contemporary laundry cleaning process by proposing an intervention to a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) product. Less is Less considers key concepts such as sustainability, common-space, plastic waste, and functionality. The goal is to address the waste produced by the cleaning products in the current ecosystem and contribute to sustainability.
