Sanitas is a fictional world that has a human population that can be defined as low-to-moderate, and the body mass index of the entire population is between 33-37.
Here, all the spaces in the city are single-story buildings due to the physical inadequacies of the people. The government has monopolized food distribution so that citizens can return to their normal weight and healthy lives.
